Customer satisfaction remains high for UK ENIC services
Some of our members find it helpful to have information about how our individual statement services are doing, especially if they are advising people about applying for statements.
The latest data from our managed customer satisfaction programme shows that 96% of UK ENIC applicants were ‘satisfied’ or ‘very satisfied’ with the level of evaluation or assessment they received in 2025 – up from 95% in the previous year.
Our overall Net Promoter score for UK ENIC services was 69 for 2025 – which is considered ‘excellent’.
Andy Barnfield, UK ENIC’s Head of Individual Services, said: “We always aim to deliver a great service consistently for our customers, so we are pleased that this is reflected in the latest satisfaction data.
“However, we are not complacent and we look forward to continuing to provide people with a positive experience into 2026 and beyond.”
