Documents you will need

To get advice on your early years qualification, email [email protected] and attach:

  • your final certificate
  • official transcript(s) from your course
  • a letter from your institution confirming the date you registered onto your course (if this is not already on your transcripts)
  • evidence of name changes, if your current name is different from the one on your qualifications (for example, a marriage certificate or change of name deed (opens in a new tab))

How to send your documents

Attach clear colour photographs of your documents in JPEG, PDF or bitmap format in your email.

Make sure all 4 corners of each document are visible and placed on a flat surface. We may ask for more photographs if the documents do not meet our requirements.
