If your documents require translation, we will confirm this and provide further details during the application process. We are unable to recommend - and do not require - translations from specific companies. We accept translations from professional translators and offer a Translation Waiver Service for eligible applications.

Reassessments

You can email us at [email protected] if you have questions about the outcome of your Statement.

In your email, you should include:

  • your unique 10-digit reference number (this is found on your Statement)
  • the reasons why you think our assessment is incorrect
  • any documents you think are relevant

Give as much information as possible in your email to help us work on your request.

You must contact us with any questions within 6 months of your assessment.

Early Years Statement only

If you have additional documents which were not presented during your initial application, you should start the process again via our online portal.

The Early Years Statement service is now free of charge.

What happens after you email us

We cannot guarantee that we will reassess your application, but a senior member of staff will check the quality of your assessment.

We will acknowledge your email within 15 working days.

If we do reassess your application, we cannot guarantee a different outcome.

A member of the reassessments team will reply about the outcome of your reassessment.
